Completed pallets are returned automatically to the holding location, or can be sequenced to a protected operator station for immediate unloading and re-loading.

UMC-500SS

with 20+1 Pallet Pool

Our 20+1 pallet pool for the UMC-500/SS is perfect for high-volume production runs, or high-mix/low-volume machining.

The pallets can be scheduled individually according to priority and sequencing requirements, allowing high-priority parts to be machined first or staged more often. Completed pallets are returned automatically to the holding location, or can be sequenced to a protected operator station for immediate unloading and re-loading.

The TL Series Toolroom Lathes are affordable, easy to use, and offer the precision control and flexibility of the Haas CNC system. The TL-1 is very easy to learn and operate – even without knowing G-code. It is the perfect machine for start-up shops, or as a first step into CNC machining.

The DS-30Y Y-axis turning center combines dual-spindle turning with Y axis, C axis, and live tooling to create a powerful “done-in-one” machining solution for any shop. Off-center milling, drilling, and tapping operations are possible for increased machining capabilities. It comes standard with a 12-station BMT65 turret and synchronized C axis for versatile 4-axis capability.
